GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - The provision within the ‘One Big Beautiful Bill’ that proposed to make millions of acres of public lands for sale was removed.
The API failed to deliver the resource. A budget reconciliation proposal introduced by Senator Mike Lee would put 3.2 million acres of public land up for sale across 11 states, including Oregon.
