A 12-year-old girl was airlifted to receive medical attention after sustaining a shark bite in waters off South Carolina's Hilton Head Island.

John Casey, 90, of Newport News, died after the car his wife, 84-year-old Joan Casey, was driving collided head-on with another vehicle on NC 12.
