President Donald Trump on Thursday said he plans to host a UFC fight on White House grounds as he kicked off a series of events meant to mark America’s 250th anniversary next year.

President Donald Trump said he’s thinking of staging a UFC match on the White House grounds with upwards 20,000 spectators to celebrate 250 years of American independence.

President Trump has announced that an Ultimate Fighting Championship bout will be held on the grounds of the White House next year, one of many events to be held to celebrate America's 250th birthday.

Trump said he wants the card to be held in front of more than 20,000 people as part of a celebration honoring America’s 250th birthday on July 4, 2026.
