Texas Republicans have proposed a new congressional map for the state, with the goal of flipping five Democratic seats in next year’s midterm elections.

ABC News’ Linsey Davis is joined by Republican state Rep. Briscoe Cain, who weighs in on the now intensified Texas redistricting battle after the legislature fails to reach quorum again.

A majority of the remaining members of the Republican-controlled Texas House have voted to track down and arrest their absent colleagues through civil warrants signed by House Speaker Dustin Burrows – a largely symbolic move since the warrants can only apply in Texas.
