Aurora's dilapidated Edge of Lowry apartments, which earned attention from Donald Trump after a video of armed men went viral, are set to close as part of a deal reached with CBZ Management.

CBZ Management, the owner of Aurora apartments with an alleged Venezuelan gang takeover promoted by Donald Trump, has faced bad inspections and tenant complaints going back years.

A Denver law firm, hired to look into an alleged gang takeover of an Aurora apartment building, says they found the Venezuelan TdA gang began taking over the Whispering Pines apartments in late 2023.

The Post exposed the gang’s takeover of apartments in Aurora and identified the area’s “shot-caller” Jhonardy Jose Pacheco-Chirino, who is known as Galleta, or “Cookie” in English.
