The news was immediately welcomed by two of Galway’s Minister, former GMIT lecturer Seán Canney and Hildegarde Naughton.

Organised annually by the ATU Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, Galway, this year’s competition was sponsored and adjudicated by 40 engineering representatives from 30 companies.
