Case has been at Ole Miss since 2018. He was an assistant coach under Kermit Davis and assumed temporary head coaching duties when Davis was fired in 2023. He was the acting head coach for five games. He followed that up with a position as a special assistant for the Rebels under coach Chris Beard.
