On the Cycle World dyno, the 2024 Aprilia RS 457 produced 44.2 hp at 9360 rpm and 28.8 lb.-ft. of torque at 6590 rpm. For reference, the 2022 KTM RC 390 produced 40.2 hp and 24.4 lb.-ft. of torque.

The RS 457 starts at $6,799, which is the more premium end of the sub-500cc sports bike segment. Being an ADV, the Tuareg 457 will likely be more expensive than its sports bike sibling.

The scooter also gets new colour schemes, clearly taking a leaf out of the Aprilia RS 457 ’s book. This in our opinion, looks quite good.

For suspension, Aprilia’s blessed the RS 457 with 41mm front forks capable of 120mm of travel; the rear monoshock has been hiked up to 130mm of wheel travel, and both feature preload adjustability.

When Aprilia came out with their first “Trofeo,” it was an RS 660 Trofeo and the machine carried a race ECU, Sprint racing filter, and an SC-Project titanium full-system exhaust, among other perks.
