The first “Alien” movie bared its razor-sharp teeth in 1979. Since then, the creature has popped up in eight other films including “Aliens” (1986), “Aliens 3” (1992), “Alien Resurrection” (1997), “Prometheus” (2012) and “Alien: Romulus” (2024).

The first two episodes debut on Tuesday, Aug. 12 both — with the remaining six episodes arriving one per week on subsequent Tuesdays.
