St. Johns County leaders are all cheers after a developer withdraws a plan to swap scattered acreage across the state for 600 acres in the Guana River WMA.

The boat had been stranded for months on Beer Can Island, so, with the help of an anonymous donor, a few people came together to pull the vessel out.
