These two have some recent history, as the Packers traded franchise legend Aaron Rodgers to the Jets two years ago. Fast forward to now, Rodgers is in Pittsburgh and the Jets have a new quarterback in Justin Fields, as he looks to revive his career after signing a two-year, $40 million contract.

The Green Bay Packers kick off their 2025 preseason schedule against the New York Jets on Aug. 9 at Lambeau Field. Coach Matt LaFleur has been noncommittal about playing his starters against the Jets but has said data shows that players who see action during the preseason fare better during the regular season.
