SALINA, N.Y. — Starting Friday, April 18, lane closures are being planned for Interstate 81 Northbound and Southbound in the Town of Salina as part of the I-81 Viaduct Project.

The Northern Interchange of I-81 northbound off-ramp to Exit 29N (State Route 481 North/Oswego) in the Town of Cicero, Onondaga County, will be closed from 9 p.
