A two-year-old girl was rescued after nearly drowning in a residential pool in Gloucester County on Tuesday evening, police said Wednesday.

A 13-year-old boy was shot in the thigh and listed in fair condition at Stroger Hospital, police said. No one is in custody and Area Four detectives are investigating.
