The State is moving forward with a plan to remove and dispose of the Falls of Clyde, the 146-year-old ship docked at Pier 7.

The vessel was impounded in 2016 when the permit was revoked and the owner failed to remove it from the harbor.

Authorities said they're still working to learn the cause of the crash, which involved three vehicles, including a motorcycle on which the 17-year-old was riding.
