Ever since the most recent "Bond" actor, Daniel Craig, was killed off in 2021's "No Time to Die," the search has been on for a new actor to take up the role of 007. But giving control of "Bond" to one of the biggest companies in the world could have ripple effects throughout the film industry.

It is Bezos who will now have the final say on the next 007. He asked for suggestions alongside a screenshot of the BBC News story about his company gaining creative control of the famous spy film franchise. The choice of Daniel Craig's replacement will now be Amazon MGM Studios' biggest decision.
