Police have launched an investigation into two spas based out of Lafayette and Kokomo accused of participating in several illegal activities, including human trafficking and the promotion of prostitution.

INDIANAPOLIS — One person died in a house fire in Kokomo late Friday night. The fire was reported just after 11 p.m. on Jan. 17 in the 1100 block of North Armstrong Street, near West Elm Street and North Washington Street.

The business is located at 405 Sagamore Parkway South in Lafayette, and The Kokomo Massage, located on 3841 Lafountain Street in Kokomo.
