The Food and Drug Administration has upgraded its recall of Dr. Pepper Zero Sugar. In May, the FDA announced a voluntary recall of 19,203 mislabeled 12-ounce cans of Dr. Pepper Zero sugar because they were found to contain the same amount of sugar as regular Dr.
