Three people, including a child, were killed after a gunman opened fire outside of a Target in Austin, Texas, police said. A woman was doing back-to-school shopping for her children when the shooting happened.

The suspect, whose name has not been released, allegedly carjacked two vehicles before being apprehended by police in South Austin.
