GRAND FORKS — Ryan Adams has been selected to serve as dean for the University of North Dakota College of Engineering & Mines after serving as interim dean since January.

The University Park Neighborhoods group will launch the Winship Elementary Community Gardens Project, an initiative of Blue Zones Project Grand Forks.
