A man implicated in another’s overdose death was himself found unresponsive prior to his arrest over the weekend.

According to the State of Tennessee, the unemployment rate for McMinn County for the month of June was 5.3%, which is a 1.1% increase from the county’s previous rate of 4.2% for the month of May.
