FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Fargo police arrested a man with an outstanding warrant after a disturbance on Saturday, May 31, at 10:15 a.m., in South Fargo.

According to Minnesota State Patrol, all vehicles were travelling Southwest on highway 78 when traffic slowed and they collided.
