Newark Mayor Ras Baraka filed a lawsuit against interim U.S. Attorney Alina Habba, following his arrest at an immigration detention center.

I want somebody to apologize, write a letter, say this was wrong, come out and say, ‘We shouldn’t have done this,’” Baraka said.
