An 18-year-old passenger died and the 19-year-old driver was injured when a car smashed into a tree in Clark County early on Aug. 2, according to the sheriff’s office.

Immanueal Jaquez Clark-Johnson was killed by police in 2022. The lawsuit argued police "wrongly and unreasonably" believed he was the suspect in an armed robbery.
