Russia launched a massive strike on Ukraine, firing over 400 drones and 40 missiles across the country, killing at least six people and injuring dozens more, CNN reported, citing a Ukrainian official's statement.

A Russian drone and missile attack on Kharkiv resulted in three deaths and 21 injuries. The assault damaged multiple buildings and utilized 48 drones, two missiles, and four glide bombs, highlighting the ongoing conflict's escalation amid stalled peace efforts.

Sharing further details of the large-scale assault, Ukrainian officials said that cruise missiles and hundreds of drones were launched targeting Kyiv, Chernihiv, Lutsk and Ternopil.
