A statue of Martin Luther King Jr. has drawn mixed reactions from a community in Florida after it was dubbed "awkward" by some viewers.

Winter Park, Florida, recently revealed a new Martin Luther King Jr. statue, but community members are calling for a do-over.

The 20-foot tall, 40-foot wide statue "symbolizes the hug Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. shared with his wife, Coretta, after he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964," according to Embrace.
