Daniil Medvedev is through to his third consecutive Indian Wells semi-final. World no. 6 faced the young Frenchman Arthur Fils in the quarter-final and prevailed 6-4, 2-6, 7-6 in two hours and 25 minutes.

The match between Daniil Medvedev and Arthur Fils in the quarterfinals of the Indian Wells Masters 1000 was one of the best of the entire season so far. The Russian ace has not found his best tennis yet,

Medvedev was dragged into a decider by Fils, but eventually came through in a thrilling finale. And the Russian was in buoyant mood after booking his spot in the last four.
