The contract situation involving Micah Parsons and the Dallas Cowboys is starting to get muddy. A day after owner Jerry Jones shaded his best defensive player by harping on injuries, a new report indicates the two sides haven't gone to the negotiating table in significant detail like previously stated.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones took a strange shot at his star defensive end Micah Parsons on Monday, as well as his franchise quarterback Dak Prescott. Jones incorrectly stated that Parsons missed six games last season, when he in fact missed four, as he explained why the Cowboys have yet to come to terms on an extension with Parsons.
