The first 32-team edition of the Club World Cup is down to 16 teams. As expected, most are from Europe but Brazil has the most teams still alive.

SE Palmeiras and Botafogo — both Brazil-based clubs — are meeting in the round of 16 as part of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Their high-stakes showdown goes down on Saturday, June 28 at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field. The winner plays the victor in the Benfica-Chelsea match, which takes place today at 4 p.m.

The second Knockout Phase match of the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday, June 28 takes place at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., where Group C’s top club, Benfica, goes against the second-place club in Group D, Chelsea.
