Residents of Fairmont Village Apartments are left homeless after a flash flood caused the building to collapse, with Fairmont State University providing shelter for those affected.

The areas affected were Elm Grove, Valley Grove, and Triadelphia in Ohio County, and Fairmont in Marion County all saw damage.
