A man wanted in the November 2022 fatal shooting of two people in North Little Rock was arrested in Conway on Thursday, police said.

A Baltimore man was sentenced to two life sentences plus 20 years in prison for shooting that killed two men in a 7-Eleven parking lot.

Testimony began July 17 in the trial of Tony Haase, accused of killing Tanna Togstad and Timothy Mumbrue in 1992 in rural Waupaca County.
