China said the U.S. attack on Iran's nuclear facilities had damaged Washington's credibility and warned the situation "may go out of control", its state broadcaster reported, following a U.N. Security Council meeting on Sunday.

Iran reserves all options to defend itself after U.S. strikes on its nuclear facilities, Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said on Sunday on X, saying the attacks were "outrageous and will have everlasting consequences".
