Karmelo Anthony, now 18, who is accused of fatally stabbing fellow student Anthony Metcalf during a Texas high school track meet in April, was indicted on a first-degree murder charge in the teen’s death.

Karmelo Anthony has been formally indicted for first-degree murder by a Collin County grand jury in connection with the stabbing death of fellow teenager Austin Metcalf. The fatal incident occurred during a Frisco ISD track meet at Kuykendall Stadium on April 2.
