Bo Bichette happened to the Rockies on Monday night. The son of Blake Street Bomber Dante Bichette hit two long home runs, added a single, and drove in a career-high six runs as the Blue Jays pulverized Rockies pitching in a 15-1 victory at Coors Field.

While his hits were certainly imposing and helped the team take home the win, they came with a much deeper meaning. His father Dante Bichette was an outfielder for the Colorado Rockies in the '90s and regularly played at Coors Field. During that time, he made quite an impressive name for himself, and that name carried on through his children.

Bo Bichette homered twice and drove in six runs, Ernie Clement had a career-best five of Toronto’s season-high 25 hits and the Blue Jays beat the Colorado Rockies 15-1 on Monday night.
