The wayward journey of a runaway pet zebra named Ed has come to a dramatic close. Tennessee police nabbed the zebra on Sunday, just over a week after he had first escaped his owners’ confines.

An escaped pet zebra that had been on the lam in Tennessee was captured Sunday after gamboling in the forest for more than a week.

Ed broke free less than 24 hours after arriving from a Texas breeder at the Fords' home in Christiana, Tennessee.
