Today Ubisoft announced it is developing a game based on the popular Naruto animated series. The title is being created exclusively for the Xbox 360 under an agreement with Viz Media.

When Ubisoft snagged the rights to develop a Naruto game on the Xbox 360, they chose their Montreal studio to work on it. Ubisoft Montreal is one of their better "action" studios.

Namco Bandai has announced that Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, the upcoming sequel to Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm developed by CyberConnect2, will be coming to both Xbox 360 and the ps3.
