It looks like Diana Prince is returning to theaters. A new feature film about DC superhero Wonder Woman is “being written right now,” says DC Studios co-chief James Gunn in an interview with EW. The movie would be in addition to an HBO series about Wonder Woman’s home of Themyscira,

James Gunn, the writer/director of “Superman” and the co-head of DC Studios, gives EW an exclusive update on the status of the Amazon from Themiscyra.

Gunn confirmed that the previously announced Wonder Woman- adjacent project, Paradise Lost, a prequel series set on the island of Thymascira, Wonder Woman's home, but set long before her, was still in development. Gunn called the series "slow moving" but assured that it is still moving forward.
