On Friday, Wilson, 67, released the new music video for his tune "All of My Love" featuring fellow music legend Robinson, 80 — and PEOPLE has the exclusive premiere.

The official music video premieres on Dec. 13, which is Van Dyke's 99th birthday. "All My Love" is featured on Coldplay's tenth studio album, Moon Music, which was released on Oct. 4.

“This is called ‘All My Love,’ this is how we feel about all of you,” the musician said to introduce the track. He performed the record solo on the piano as the final song of the concert.
