TOMS RIVER – A documentary about Superstorm Sandy and its aftermath in five areas of Ocean County will be shown on Philadelphia’s public television station, WHYY, next week.

Law enforcement officials said a Toms River man was arrested for taking $40,000 to repair a Hurricane-Sandy damaged home in the Ocean Beach section of Toms River and then abandoning the project.
