Hope City Refuge served as a homeless shelter before its operations were shut down last year following dozens of code violations and safety concerns.

No updates have been given on the veteran homelessness program. During his mayoral reports, Farrell also gave updates on the city’s new low-barrier shelter and shared its new name.
