(TNS) — Dallas council members on Monday, June 27, unanimously approved an updated map of city district boundary lines that’ll last for a decade. They had only three days left to make it happen.

Local News Dallas has a new city council map, starting in 2023 The council approved and adopted the redistricting plan that was submitted by the city's redistricting commission on May 16.

The official weigh-in time is Friday, January 17 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at Bombshells Restaurant and Bar, located at 7501 N. Stemmons Fwy in Dallas.
