With its doors slated to close by the end of May, dozens of West Middle School alumni came by the school to say farewell. West is one of four schools that face closure at the end of the semester.

Before the March 2020 tornadoes, the school off of North Mt. Juliet Road had about 800 students. Those students were split between Mt. Juliet Middle School and Mt. Juliet High to continue learning.
