Richmond volunteers created a vibrant street mural at Laburnum Avenue and Hermitage Road to improve pedestrian safety and slow traffic as part of a community initiative.

There will be an official reveal of the 900-foot-long "Welcome to Norwalk" mural, which was installed by internationally renowned artists, this Wednesday.
