SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Salt Lake City School District administration announced Wednesday that Wayne Culley has been appointed the new principal of West High School, effective July 1.

The Salt Lake City Fire Department said the incident occurred around 11:45 a.m. near 436 N. Neil Armstrong Rd., when a train derailed and ruptured one of its fuel tanks.
