BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. - Advocates in Bucks County are sounding the alarm against an agreement with U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that the county sheriff has applied to partake in.

The Montana Division of Criminal Investigation confirmed this week that it is investigating Austin Micu, a captain with the Powell County Sheriff’s Office. The division declined to provide details.
