Wide receiver Noah Brown was carted off the field after going down during a 7-on-7 drill at minicamp Wednesday, according to multiple reporters. Brown, 29, made a catch on the ground, stayed down and then slowly walked to the sideline before getting carted into Washington’s facility, The Athletic reported.

One moment, Noah Brown was diving for a catch. The next, he was throwing his helmet in frustration and disappearing under a towel as a cart carried him off the field. What began as just another minicamp rep quickly became a nightmare every NFL team avoids.
