City leaders and veterans laid wreaths at Hope Cemetery at 9 a.m., the Massachusetts Vietnam War Memorial at Green Hill Park at 11 a.m. and the Korean War Memorial on Foster Street at 1 p.m.

Perrysburg renames State Route 199 to honor Vietnam War soldier Pfc. Jerry Bockbrader, memorializing his service and sacrifice.

DPAA’s mission is to provide the fullest accounting for missing personnel to their families and the nation. There are currently 1,572 U.S. personnel still unaccounted for from the Vietnam War.
