Traffic is expected to be slowed on three roads in northern Genesee County today, Aug. 20, as the Road Commission starts its chip-seal program.

VIENNA TWP., MI -- The state Department of Transportation is scheduled to start construction work today on M-57, from M-54 to M-15, one of its biggest Genesee County road projects this summer.
