Dr Elspeth Pitt said Dr Beth Upton was in a state of ‘visible distress’ following an incident at work involving nurse Sandie Peggie.

It is among a range of crime-cutting measures being used at the west London event over the August Bank Holiday weekend, the Metropolitan Police said.
