Weather could be an issue for many, but there are locations that will have a "fair chance" (about 40 to 60 percent) of getting a view of the partial eclipse.

A partial solar eclipse will be visible from the U.S. this weekend, but only a select few of the northernmost states are expected to get a glimpse.

‘When a partial solar eclipse happens during sunrise, the part of the sun that is above the horizon and is partially covered by the moon can look like horns rising,’ Sam Imperato, an astronomer with the Royal Museums Greenwich, told Metro.
