The University of Nebraska Board of Regents asked UNL to consider changing the name of a new program that bears a resemblance to a long-standing degree at UNO.

The University of Nevada, Reno, founded in 1874, is Nevada's land-grant institution that offers academic programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The 16-year-old who died following a two-vehicle crash Monday near 176th and Q Streets in southwest Omaha was a sophomore at Millard West.
